well i havent finished yet. im on the weight loss too . and i love that weight loss clock youve put up on your space. How did you do it. and can i do it as well????? all the best with your weight loss and Shorti is so right about the sleep thing. especially if you are working out then you must sleep eight hours everyday. for muscle to gain mass it has to be rested thats the time it grows, if you don trest it you will only burning a torn muscle . more muslce means more fat burn. ...... so well but i guess at weight watchers youll learn all the science there is to weightloss. well the science is not enuf to know as in my case i have to get around to doing the hard work. all the best and may the best man win. but you right you will be all winners.
Just wanted to add one more thing im 180 pounds maybe and i have already reached that stage where i have started to hide. I avoid goin gout of the house and it doesnt help to havea husband who is fit as a fiddle and looks ten years younger than he is. so i end up looking like im his mother. So i salute you for the courage you have found with ing yourself to go out there and give it a shot. cheers!!!! i know how tough it is not just the physical part but the emotional part as well thats always tougher..........................give it your best girl...............Go girl go!!!!

Hi there, I have always had a fluxuating weight problem from 78 to 178. I'm only 5 ft tall so 176 was big and 78 was ugly . That was when I was younger NOW I'm 51 and I stay 140-150 . I Can't get below 140! I LOVE food but I'm not a big eater, BUT I do have a sleeping problem. It's been proven sleep has alot to do with weight. Check out how good your sleeping pattern is, can't hurt. Also please update us
